The resolution provides for the opening of the embassy by 1 September 2025. The Finance Ministry was instructed to finance the costs of opening and maintaining the embassy within the funds allocated for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the central budget for opening and maintaining diplomatic missions and consular offices of Belarus abroad.

The resolution came into force on the day of its official publication.
