Belagro 2026 to showcase Belarusian machinery in action

Belarusian machinery will be showcased in real field conditions at Belagro 2026, the press service of the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry told BelTA. 

“The Agriculture and Food Ministry is expanding beyond the pavilions of the Belagro 2026 international specialized exhibition. Agricultural machinery will be demonstrated in real field conditions. This innovation will allow foreign delegations to see the actual capabilities of Belarusian engineering in action,” the press service noted.

Traditionally, exhibitions consist of static displays where machinery is shown stationary. Visitors can inspect the machines and review technical specifications, but cannot see them in operation. This year, the Agriculture and Food Ministry is upgrading the exhibition format.

“A demonstration field located 18 km from the BelExpo exhibition center has been selected to showcase Belarusian machinery in motion. Guests will be shown how the machines perform considering soil and climate conditions, terrain, and geographical features,” the press service added.

The demonstration area will feature a wide range of machinery for various stages of agricultural production: a seeder, a modular tillage unit, a cultivator, a stone picker, a self-propelled sprayer, a fertilizer spreader, and a mulching system.

“Special trips to the demonstration site will be organized for foreign delegations. This format will provide a clear demonstration of the performance, maneuverability, and operational efficiency of Belarusian machinery under conditions as close to real as possible. Field demonstrations are a standard practice at the world’s leading exhibitions. Belagro also strives to elevate the status of the agro-industrial forum for a professional audience, strengthening the position of Belarusian manufacturers on international markets,” the press service emphasized.
